Design Diaries is a five-part, monthly event series in Budapest. The project brings together emerging and established designers from the V4 countries through short-form presentations and networking.
During the sessions, invited V4 designers and design professionals share their own experience, with particular attention to their collaborations with manufacturers and clients. The aim of the events is to facilitate knowledge exchange and networking, enabling future cross-border collaborative design and production processes to emerge in the Central and Eastern European design scene.
Each evening features six invited speakers sharing personal professional stories, followed by discussions and networking sessions. The events will be held in English. The thematic evenings cover furniture design, object-making, graphic design, fashion, and urbanism.
